Crizzle Forms Legacy is a really simple and easy to use form system which includes up to 5 different forms and 8 questions per form. Each of these questions are able to be toggled on and off and the same goes for all 5 of the forms. There is a discord login system which displays the users discord details in the form webhook embed once it has been sent. Once a form has been completed it gets sent as a webhook embed into the discord with all the questions and answers.
